Making the complicated simple: PosterGarden's displays and customer service

The folks at JBT, a Chicago-based company that provides airport ground support equipment and services, found themselves in a unique situation recently.

For an upcoming industry trade show in Munich, JBT needed PosterGarden to create new Eclipse Retractable Banner Stands and new graphics.  The challenge came when two different JBT facilities, one in Orlando, Florida, and the other in Ogden, Utah, needed to coordinate timing and shipping all of the stands to Orlando so they could all ship to the show in Germany together in the same crates.

Having worked through similar situations before, PosterGarden project manager Craig Oxley offered up his help and made sure the JBT administrator got the displays — PosterGarden's Eclipse Retractable Banner Stand and some new graphics — where and when she needed them and that they were in tip-top shape when they got there.

"He walked the admin in Utah through the process, which for her was a godsend because she had never done this before," said Michelle Marsan, JBT's marketing and administrative coordinator, "and the final product was perfect. Just as we had expected."

Marsan also said that she referred the Utah administrator directly to Oxley, as he has long been a great help to work with for JBT, which has been a PosterGarden customer for at least seven years now.

"I just wanted to let you know that he is the best," Marsan said of Oxley. "He is always patient, timely, professional, knowledgeable and so very helpful."

That kind of service, paired with PosterGarden's unique portable displays, is what we hope will keep customers like JBT happy and coming back for years to come.

"PosterGarden is our number one vendor for pop-up show displays," Marsan said.
