*Mileage Program Rules
- Order subtotal must be greater than $100
- Miles are awarded per line item at 1 mile per dollar unless otherwise displayed when the item is added to the order.
- Miles are subtracted at 1 mile per dollar for Volume discounts, Coupons, Gift Certificates and Group discounts.
- Shipping and handling are not included in the mileage plan.
- Mileage awards may vary by Mileage plan, e.g., a product can be 1.5 miles for Delta and 2.0 miles for United.
- Miles are awarded after the order is paid. Make sure the correct customer mileage info is on file at the time the order is paid.
- Miles may take 30 to 60 days after they are awarded to show on your mileage account.
- A customer’s mileage plan information can be changed at any time. However, whatever is on file when the order is paid is what will be awarded.
- If the customer mileage plan is changed, e.g., from Delta to United, all open orders will change immediately to the new plan. Paid orders do not change.
- Maximum miles awarded in a calender year is 30,000. Calendar year dates are based on when the miles are posted to your account, which may be up to 60 days after the order was paid.
- Customers can change their mileage plan info after they log in to the PosterGarden site, or they can have their Project Manager make the change by calling 1-800-707-0204.
