Beer-worthy customer service from PosterGarden

Tom Krent had such a great experience with PosterGarden and his project manager that he offered up some feedback to our company president: "Buy him a  beer." 

Krent, owner of the Troy, Mich. graphic design firm Graphica LLC, had ordered a full-coverage, full-color EcoWeave Table Throw for Education Planning Resources, a college planning company where he also works as an education specialist. He said his experience with PosterGarden and project manager Justin Talese was a solid one.

Soon after he placed his order with PosterGarden, Krent received a call from Talese, who wanted to confirm the shipping details for the table throw. A member of the PosterGarden production team had noticed that the city and the zip code for the throw didn't match up. 

"I love that attention to detail," Krent said. " If that person in shipping did not take the time to check and notice that problem, the table throw would probably have not arrived in time for the event. That would have been disastrous.  Buy him a beer, too."

In addition to his customer service experience, Krent said he and others were also more than pleased with the final product. 

"People, including the president of EPR, commented how nice the table throw looked," he said. "That made me look good in the eyes of the company and the company management."
